Family Court Corruption and to Abolish Title IV-D Funding from States to have incentives to illegally "courtnap" children, CPS corruption, judicial corruption!!

Title IV_D funding has caused great grief to those families trying to get a "fair hearing" in family court. The Family Court Judges, attorney ad litems, psychologist benefit from Title IV-D funding. The funds are given to the states on collection of child support. There is no incentive to grant the "best parent" custody - but to examine which parent can pay child support. This is important as every dollar of child support collected is matched by Title IV-D funding. The funding going to the States are not used to enforce visitation rights of the non-custodial parent, but going into areas of the State that are not accounted for.

SUMMARY: According to a 2010 national survey by the Centers for Disease Control and Department of Justice (NISVS), in the last 12 months more men than women were victims of intimate partner physical violence and over 40% of severe physical violence was directed at men. Men were also more often the victim of psychological aggression and control over sexual or reproductive health. Despite this, few services are available to male victims of intimate partner violence.

Tamah Jada Clark’s fitting title for her April 20 filing with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia is:

Clark, who identifies herself as a “Floridian-American,” claims that her civil rights were violated five years ago when she was arrested for plotting to break the father of her baby out of prison.

Fittingly, her memo is full of what is, to say the least, a dismissive attitude towards Judge Willis Hunt and other agents of the government.

“You think because you sit up there in that little black robe hiding behind the ignorance of the masses like a little b*tch, that ANYBODY gives a d*mn about you or what you have to say?” Clark says. “Well, just in case you haven’t noticed-I couldn’t give two f*cks about you or what you have to say. F*ck you, old man. You’re a joke. Your court’s a joke. You take it up the a*s; and you suck nuts. Lol.”

Paternity Fraud is a national epidemic. This occurs when the truth as to who the biological father of a child isn't disclosed. There are no requirements when applying for welfare or child support to truthfully disclose who the "true" father is. In marital situations, the husband is "presumed" to be the father of a child born to his wife, even when DNA proves he is not. Everyday, men sign in-hospital "paternity acknowledgment forms" even when DNA testing has not been done.

Unfortunately, children who suffer from numerous hereditary illnesses will continue to be misdiagnosed due to inaccurate reporting of their paternal medical history. They are the "true" victims in paternity fraud and deserve to know who their biological father is, their medical history, heritage, inheritance rights, and extended family.

To avoid devastation within families and to make sure that every child has an inalienable right to know the identity of both biological parents, we propose that Congress adopts a federal statute that no paternity establishment is final unless a DNA test proves who the biological father is.

Chapter 4 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar

Excerpts from the Preamble: A Lawyer’s Responsibilities ~

“No disciplinary action should be taken when the lawyer chooses not to act or acts within bounds of such discretion…. The rules simply provide a framework for the ethical practice of law….. Violation of a rule should not give rise to a cause of action nor should it create any presumption that a legal duty has been breached…. They are not designed to be a basis for civil liability…. Accordingly, nothing in the rules should be deemed to augment any substantive legal duty of lawyers or the extra-disciplinary consequences of violating such duty.”

As one can see, these rules have very little significance in relation to the ethical conduct of members of The Florida Bar and Florida lawyers’ implied duty to the public as officers of the Court. What the rules seem to give, the preamble nullifies with a few skillfully crafted sentences carefully embedded within it. Therefore, these rules are apparently nothing more than window dressing to disguise an ugly and vile commercial industry that reaps its rewards from the miseries and misfortunes of others. The Rules of Professional Conduct appear to be a cruel hoax upon the public which gives clients a false impression that the practice of law is honorable and ethical. The Supreme Court of Florida approved every word contained in these rules. So, who do you believe the Court is really trying to protect–the client or the Florida lawyer?

Before filing your complaint you should peruse the Rules of Professional Conduct and pick out the particular rules that were violated. Cite the specific rules violated in your complaint and describe how they were violated. Keep your complaint reasonably short and stay on point. Attach additional pages and copies of documents, etc. that will help illustrate the rule violations. It does no good to rant and rave even though it may feel good at the moment.
