• Parents receiving child support be required to produce receipts verifying expenditures for the child.  
• Family Court Judges be required to pass a challenging exam before being allowed to hear cases.  
• Protect children by empowering parents through adoption of the Parental Rights Amendment to U.S. Constitution.
